This is a terrible website to order from.I have submitted MULTIPLE requests to get replacement parts for the power elliptical I received with broken pieces.

The plastic parts on the frame were all broken since it was shipped in mid-winter. As it was not my fault and I did NOT sign for the box, I should be able to receive replacement parts for the broken ones. I have received absolutely NO RESPONSE.

Their customer service is obviously terrible and they have already billed me without any effort to take care of this issue.Please order somewhere else, better yet purchase directly from a store, not online for fitness products!!!

Monetary Loss: $400.
