I ordered a jewelry armoire for my mother for Christmas. The item came damaged with a big hole in the door.
Besides that the item was put together very poorly! Very poor workmanship. I immediately called an explained everything to customer service rep and asked for a return shipping label so I could get it returned. She told me I needed to send photos.
I did that. I have been waiting two weeks today for a return label to get this shipped back. I have called numerous times to be told they are sending another escalation email. You cannot talk to anyone past this group of people.
I spoke to the manager and was told the same thing, they had to send an email. The manager could not pick up the phone and call the other department that is holding this up to get this worked out. They only deal through email. I finally got an response yesterday asking me what I wanted to do!!!
I have said all along what I wanted and now I am waiting again!!
the people I have dealt with have been nice but the "company procedures" really suck!! I am stilling waiting!
