Mercantila - Worst customer service - Month long shipping
When I ordered the shipping time was estimated at 12 business days.I ordered June 2nd.
When I had not received any more information I asked for an order update on the 19th. I was told that my order had shipped and I would received updated tracking information within a day or two. One week later and absolutely nothing. I asked that my order be cancelled, but that was not allowed because it had supposedly shipped out even though no one could give me a tracking number.
They suddenly shipped my order out the following day. It really had not shipped when I was told it could not be cancelled.
They have non existent customer service and your purchase will take at least a month to get to you.
Who knows what kind of quality if will be when you do receive it.If it is like anything else it will suck too!
